The way in which an organisation rewards employees has seen significant changes and challenges over the past few years. Moving from simple inflation-matching pay rises, standard benefits, and straight-forward reward schemes to more complex, but flexible, and performance related packages. Tough economic times have led to a tighter integration between business and individual performance. Yet, with less in the rewards pot, organisations need to do more than ever before to get their pay and benefits right.
