Croner Launches Employment Relations Service for HR Professionals

Croner Professional to revolutionise employment relations management.  London 31 May, 2011 - Croner has launched Croner Professional a unique web-based solution to assist HR professionals and line managers with the management of employment relations. Croner Professional enables HR professionals to track employment law issues within their organisation. It also allows line managers to deal with simple HR practices with the help of Croner's 24-hour, 365 day practical and pragmatic telephone advisory service. This in turn frees up time for the HR team to carry out more strategic activities. A key element of Croner Professional is an online dashboard. This ensures that users have access to a clear overview of every issue in their business. Red flags alerts can also be set up to ensure that important actions, events or milestones are met. Call and Issue Management Reports will help identify employment relations trends and frequency. In addition users will have access to Croner-i Human Resources, which contains up-to-date online information, a document library and management reports.
