The CIPD People Management Awards reward and celebrate outstanding achievement in people management and development, honouring the valuable contribution that HR and L&D make to the success of an organisation.
Best SME People Management Initiative Award
The Best SME People Management Initiative Award 2017, part of the wider People Management Awards, recognises small or medium-sized businesses (fewer than 250 employees) that have transformed the way they manage and develop their people in support of business objectives.
Darren Chadwick, Croner Chief Commercial Officer, says: “We are delighted and honoured to be shortlisted for this award. “Since December 2015, the way that our people are managed and developed has significantly changed and improved, which is what our entry detailed. The title of our submission was ‘Croner: Our Brand is our People’, which illustrates our main value.
“Our employees’ continuous development is the key to our success, which we have worked hard to improve over the last 18 months and will continue to do so.”
One of the most highly anticipated events in the HR and L&D calendar, the award winners will be announced by an expert panel of judges at an awards dinner on Tuesday 26 September 2017 at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.
