We are delighted to announce that – in partnership with National Council for Voluntary Organisations - we have been shortlisted for the Association Excellence Awards 2021.

Our nomination for ‘Best Partnership or Collaboration’ acknowledges the strength of the relationship held by Croner and NCVO since collaborating in April 2018.

The award celebrates collaboration and partnership in joint initiatives that deliver successfully on an association’s priorities.

Our Partnership

NCVO’s primary aim is to support their members by developing practical resources to aid the day-to-day running of their organisations, saving them time to focus on their beneficiaries.

With this aim in mind and in common, NCVO members have free access to Croner’s business support helpline to ease the time-consuming strains of running business operations.

From supporting with every day employee matters to guiding businesses through complex processes and the ever-changing legislation, Croner’s advice has supported hundreds of members with a spectrum of business issues. Furthermore, through the pandemic developments, a joint decision was made between NCVO and Croner to open Croner’s business support helpline to the wider voluntary sector, in addition to just NCVO members.

This allowed thousands of organisations free and instant support to handle challenges which saved businesses from having to pay for support and get advice on any risks at a vital time.
