Events & Marketing Executive
Role Purpose
The Events & Marketing Executive is a campaign manager responsible for delivering digital and in-person events for a single products. They build briefs, programmes, email campaigns, and promotional activity, while running split tests and working with management to improve marketing performance. They deliver events end-to-end and trial engagement tactics to maximise commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Brief Building
Build campaign briefs with Managers and Marketing.
Create event programmes, session structures, and engagement plans.
Write and build email campaigns, nurture journeys, and partner communications.
Ensure briefs follow brand, compliance, and publication guidelines.
Work with cross department functions to identify key trends and topics for planning
Marketing Execution & Split Testing
Run split tests across email subject lines, CTAs, landing pages, and messaging.
Trial new promotional tactics to improve registrations and attendance.
Work with Managers to analyse results and improve marketing strategy.
Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure data supports optimisation decisions.
Event Execution & Engagement
Deliver 6+ digital webinars and multiple in-person events per month.
Host webinars, manage technical delivery, and support speakers.
Support in-person event logistics with Coordinators.
Test and trial engagement tactics during events (polls, Q&A, offers, interactive tools).
Ensure smooth delegate experience across all event types.
Commercial Performance
Drive registrations through Sales engagement (BDMs, BSCs).
Maintain CRM accuracy: registrations, attendance, deal source, revenue.
Forecast, measure, and optimise new business performance. Company Confidential
Identify commercial opportunities within events.
Reporting & Data
Build dashboards in Salesforce (training provided).
Report on KPIs, attendance, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
Maintain data segments and ensure CRM hygiene.
Skills and Experience
Experience delivering B2B events (digital or in-person).
Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Commercial awareness and confidence analysing performance data.
