Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

Within the Advisory Department we have a strong team of HR Advisors with a variety of experience including HR professionals and People Managers. We carefully select our team for their passion and commitment to client service. Our Advisors provide legally compliant employment law and ER advice across all aspects of employment law and employment matters tailoring their advice to give best practice and commercially focused options for our clients to select from. We recognise it is for our clients to make their own decisions on how to manage their employees and we coach and support them to make a fully informed decision.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of HR Advisors, we work in a fast-paced environment, offering employer focused solutions. You will need to have a good understanding of employee relation matters and a broad knowledge of employment law, hr matters and ACAS best practice, demonstrated through previous hr advisory roles or actively managing a team.

Responsibilities will Include

• Managing a caseload of various ER issues ranging from general one-off queries to multiple complex ER cases from start to finish including document reviews. 

• Building excellent client relationships to ensure you understand the clients’ requirements and support them achieve their objectives with an empathetic approach to our clients needs. 

• Providing a range of options for our clients to select from including best practice/ legally compliant solutions in addition to more commercially focused solutions ensuring any risk to the business is effectively communicated. 
   

Attention to detail is key as is excellent communication and listening skills. The HR Advisor role gives you the exposure to deal with an extensive range of employment matters across various industries. No two days are the same, and each client interaction is unique. The role whilst challenging is so rewarding and there is regular recognition for delivering super client service. Not only will you be joining a team of supportive peers but there is no other role in the business that gives daily learning opportunities.

KPI’s will be in line with the salary framework)
