About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing VIP Client Specialist team. 

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high performing, supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our VIP clients. You will play a key role in creating a seamless and professional experience for clients, acting as first point of contact and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards we set across the business

Working closely with our VIP consultants and wider teams, you will help ensure client enquiries are handled efficiently, information is managed accurately, and the overall customer journey and experience continues to improve.

Job Overview

As a VIP Client Specialist, you will provide first-line support to VIP clients, managing incoming enquiries and ensuring queries are directed to the right people quickly and efficiently.

You will provide administrative and operational support to the VIP Consultancy function, ensuring cases are handled accurately and within agreed service levels.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement of the VIP Client journey, identifying trends, sharing feedback, and helping the team refine processes to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

■     Managing inbound client enquiries through our client portal, telephone and email

■     Acting as the first point of contact for VIP clients and providing a professional responsive services

■     Setting up consultancy cases and maintaining accurate system records

■     Processing client quotes and issuing documentation within agreed service levels

■     Supporting key client engagement activities and milestones

■     Routing technical or specialist queries to the appropriate people

■     Maintaining trackers, shared inboxes and workflow systems

■     Assisting consultants with document preparation and formatting

■     Gathering and reporting client feedback to support service improvements

■     Identifying customer needs, trends and opportunities to enhance service delivery

■     Managing first tier issues and ensuring timely response/resolution

■     Supporting initiatives to improve the VIP Tax Teams customer journey
