Sales Executive responsibilities:
As a Croner Sales Consultant you will be building up a B2B sales pipeline through making outbound calls to business owners.
Utilising our salesforce system, reaching out to prospects.
Your aim on these calls is to schedule appointments for field-based BDMs to attend and meet with business owners.
Some calls might need more than one attempt to build relationships so you will be looking to extract the very best results from each call you make to build up a pipeline of your call backs.
You’ll have daily targets to meet which are there to help you make commission on top of your basic salary.

Let’s start with the money … you’re basic salary is from £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience
We'll give you an additional top up of £500 per month for your first 3 months to get your commission pipeline going!
Realistic first year earnings of £40,000, our Top performers are earning £60,000 +
The commission is uncapped and earnt from your very first sale.
Hours are 8.45am - 5pm Mon - Friday, with some Saturday morning sessions
You might want to spend some of your commission on holidays, so take 25 days holiday + plus bank holidays and we’ll also give you an extra day off for your birthday as well!

What do Croner look for:
You will ideally need to have some experience in a sales related role whether that’s in-person or telephone based ( B2C or B2B), selling a product or service.
Confidence in picking up the phone is crucial, we don’t use a script, so being able to initiate conversations, ask relevant questions and picking up on leads is important.
Being able to carry your personality across a telephone call is key, this role needs relationship builders.
Working to targets will be a daily focus, so having that drive and self-awareness is another important point.
And finally, we want someone with ambition, whether that’s to earn the most amount of money, to win tickets to our sales conference trips abroad or to develop your future career within the Group.
