The Government has confirmed a new right to neonatal care leave and pay confirmed from 6th April delivering on their Plan to Change by supporting working families.
This means employed parents can focus on supporting their new family without worrying about choosing between keeping their job and spending time with their baby with eligible parents able to take an additional 12 weeks leave on to top of any other leave they would have been entitled too.
