There is never a 'silly question' when you speak to the advisors! They have a very calming manner and take the emotion out of the most challenging of situations so that you can see more clearly. It is incredibly helpful speaking to the same advisor on indivdudal cases, my most recent case is being managed by Nick George. His ongoing support and his patience are invaluable! Thank you.

Jane Oakland Croner, Senior HR advisor, has been extremely helpful and efficient in advising me on my numerous employee enquiries. Jane replies to my queries very efficiently, always ringing me to discuss the situation before putting the advice in an email. She is a lovely lady who know her business and I for one am extremely grateful that she works for Croner and I thank her for all her help and support.

Although the situation was incredibly stressful and consumed most of my weekend, i couldn't of felt more supported. Kasim was my case manager from start to finish and everything from his listening ear, professionalism and even some straight talking were absolutely incredible! He really helped to explain everything fully, went above and beyond seeking not one but two second opinions and although as first some of the advice given wasn't what we wanted to hear, ultimately we got the best outcome for all involved and i hope he treated himself to a large g&t. I've been with croner for awhile bit hardly used them but when required they are there and people like Kasim are a credit to the organisation and certainly make small business owners like myself feel heard and less stressed.

A Health and Safety audit was completed by Mark Plumb, he was very thorough and extremely helpful. He explained about BrightHR and now we are in the process of moving over to the new system which is great.
