Every month, we provide the latest findings for pay trends, forecasts, settlements, and more. Figures collected by Croner Reward reveal the following for February 2018:
- The overall percentage of companies reporting a pay freeze has increased from 4.3% to 5%.
- Excluding pay freeze, the average forecast for the next quarter is 2.3%, which has fallen by 0.1% since last month.
- Including pay freeze, the average settlement for the year is 2.1%, which has remained the same as the previous eight months.
