2024 has been a big year for Health & Safety seeing the introduction of a number of new legislations as well as marking 50 years since the introduction of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act (1974).

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) states that documentation should be reviewed once a year to ensure continued compliance. However, many businesses fall short of this leading them to increased risk of prosecution should an accident or incident occur at work.

Join our Director of Health and Safety Chris Wagstaff as we explore:-

  • What policies, procedures and risk assessments should you have in place
  • What to include in this documentation
  • When should your health and safety documents be updated?
