About Callum Staples
Callum is our Health & Safety Consultant. Having previously worked as a health and safety advisor for a leading wealth management provider, Callum joined Croner in 2023.
Callum is an experienced consultant who has a diverse background in various roles. He started in financial services at a wealth management firm, where he first became actively involved in the management of workplace health and safety. Callum conducted DSE assessments, risk assessments, site visits and accident investigations.
Callum is passionate about providing outstanding advice to his clients, both to comply with the law and to pursue industry best practice. He has experience in creating bespoke policies, procedures and documents. Callum is versed in advising clients in commercial organisations with multiple sites, and has extensive experience in communicating with different stakeholders, including senior management.
