New guidance on the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, has been published by the Home Office to set out clear steps for businesses who need to comply with this legislation.

Over the years, the UK has suffered various levels of terror-related incidents. To better protect people in public spaces, the UK Government has introduced the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill – also known as ‘Martyn’s Law’.
