As part of the redundancy process you must show that you've considered reasonable alternatives. With the furlough scheme wrapping up, you might be faced with a redundancy scenario soon.
To ensure you've covered every option, we've created a short checklist. If you check "no" on any of the options, you should at least consider that alternative before proceeding with the redundancy process.
