Midlands HR and Health & Safety consultancy Croner Group Limited has today announced an investment of over £2 million in sales and marketing, and plans to recruit 50 new national roles. Adding to the firm's Hinckley head office, the group have revealed plans for new offices in Glasgow and Manchester.
The 50 roles will be Business Development and Sales orientated, 10 of which are to be additional field based roles. The expansion has been driven by a strong demand for the consultancy's HR, Health & Safety, Pay and Reward services due to a particularly uncertain and turbulent time for employers since the outcome of the EU referendum.
Alan Price, Chief Executive Officer at Croner, says:
"We are very excited to announce our plans to expand and invest in our services across the UK. "Brexit, among other legislation changes, has presented employers with more considerations and challenges than ever before." Mr Price reveals that Croner has experienced an increase in the need for HR, Health & Safety, Pay and Reward services, including an influx of enquiries geared around the consultancy's dedicated Brexit helpline. He adds: "Brexit is, without a doubt, the most monumental development in recent history.
So it is timely and only natural to invest and increase our resources to enable us to further assist employers. "From overseas pay to employing foreign workers, Croner have assisted organisations with compliance in HR, safety and pay for over 70 years. "I am confident that the investment will benefit employers, allowing us to support more organisations and grow our resources to aid and encourage compliance in all sectors." National Human Resources and Health & Safety Consultancy, Croner, has been helping professionals and organisations of all sizes since 1941.
Croner specialises in HR, Health & Safety, Tax and Reward, offering software and services to maximise business outcomes.
