- The percentage of companies reporting a pay freeze in August has once again hit the record all-time-low figure, now standing at just 0.3%
- Excluding pay freeze, the average long term forecast has increased by 0.3% from the previous month, now standing at 2.5%
- Average settlement in the last 4 months, including pay freeze, is 2.2%. This has increased by 0.2% from last month
