Managing annual leave during coronavirus is a unique challenge facing employers. The Working Time Regulations have been amended to allow workers to carry over their annual leave into the next two years.
This poses a lot of questions for both employers and employees. You should endeavour to allow as much leave to be taken within your current leave year, but this might not be possible.
