• The overall percentage of companies reporting a pay freeze has decreased from 5.4% to 4.1%
• Excluding pay freeze, the average forecast for the next quarter is 2.3%, which has stayed the same for the third month in a row
• Including pay freeze, the average settlement for the year is 2.1%, which has decreased by 0.1% since last month
