  • The overall percentage of companies reporting a pay freeze remains at 3.6%
  • Excluding pay freeze, the average forecast for the next quarter is 2.0%, which has increased by 0.1% since last month.
  • Including pay freeze, the average settlement for the year is 2.0%, which has decreased by 0.2% since last month.
